Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., custom lenses, personalized products) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
