  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Processing time may be extended during high‑volume periods, product launches, or unforeseen delays. If this occurs, we will make every effort to communicate updates promptly.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited services. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

4. Shipping Carriers

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in certain regions, depending on carrier limitations.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges to be resent.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@gelfusoeyewear.com within 3 business days of delivery. 

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly. 

Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement.

Replacement or refund decisions will be made on a case‑by‑case basis.
