  • If we encounter an issue with your order (billing, availability, address verification), we will notify you.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • We ship using trusted carriers; shipping methods vary by region.

  • International shipping may be available depending on destination and compliance requirements.

  • Once a package is handed to the carrier, Gelfuso Eyewear is not responsible for delays, customs issues, or lost packages, though we will assist when possible.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (We want you to love your eyewear.)

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging 

  • Non‑returnable items include:

    • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Warranty

Gelfuso Eyewear offers a limited warranty covering manufacturer defects.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Scratches from normal wear

  • Loss or theft

  • Damage caused by improper use or unauthorized repairs

Warranty claims may require proof of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including logos, product designs, images, text, and branding are the exclusive property of Gelfuso Eyewear.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
